Returns / Exchanges

  • If for any reason you want to return or exchange the Product you bought in our Shop, you can do it without stating a reason no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
  • How to do it? Send us back the purchased goods – unused, undamaged, originally packed and with tags, together with the completed return/exchange form, to the address of: FORANTO Sp. z o.o., Ul. Wólczańska 19, lokal 8, 90-731 Łódź, Poland
  • Where will I find the return/exchange form? You can find the link for the form in pdf below – print it out and fill it in – remember to enter all the details necessary for identifying the order and refunding your money or exchanging the goods.
  • You don’t have a printer? Handwrite the statement legibly – use our form as a template and include all the necessary information in the statement – attach it to the parcel and send it back to the address given above.
  • Then what? If everything is ok – the goods we receive are unused and undamaged and the form is properly completed – we will refund your money within 14 days using the same method you used when you paid for the item or we will send you the item you chose in exchange.
    Return of additional payment fees (Paypal fee, Credit Card fee etc.) by default are not covered by Foranto. We are also not responsible for currency exchange rate differences between your purchase and return.

Complaints

  • Complaints should be sent to: FORANTO Sp. z o.o., Ul. Wólczańska 19, lokal 8, 90-731 Łódź, Poland
               or to: returns@foranto.eu, with COMPLAINT note.
 
  • In case of a complaint, the goods in question should be sent back together with the repair/complaint form to: FORANTO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Ul. Wólczańska 19, lokal 8, 90-731 Łódź, Poland
  • Where will I find the form? It’s available in pdf below.
  • In the complaint form you should include: the order number for us to identify the order, Customer’s full name, the address to which the repaired/exchanged Goods should be sent (in case of repair/exchange), an e-mail address or a telephone number for contact; date and circumstances when the fault appeared, description of the fault and your requests (exchange, repair or repayment).
  • Complaints will be processed within 14 days since the complaint is submitted.
  • A Customer who is a consumer can also use the option of out-of-court settlement of disputes using the following platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
