Privacy policy describes the rules of data processing, including personal data and cookies. 

1. General information

  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data connected with the information given voluntarily in the Shop.
  5. The Shop uses personal data for:
    • Its newsletter
    • Replying to requests via forms
    • Preparing, packing and sending goods
    • Realization of ordered services
    • Presenting its offer or information
  6. The Shop gathers information about Users and their behaviour in the following way:
  1. Using the data that is voluntarily given in the forms and which is entered into the Operator’s systems.
  2. By storing cookie files in terminal devices.

2. Data protection methods chosen by the Operator

  1. Places of logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate SSL). Due to this, your personal data and login data entered on the website are coded on the User’s computer and can be read only on the target server.
  2. The Operator changes its administration passwords temporarily.
  3. An important element of data protection is regular updating of all software used by the Operator for processing personal data, in particular regular updating software components.

4. Your rights and additional information about using the data

  1. In some situations the Administrator has the right to give your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to execute the contract concluded with you or to provide the duties on the part of the Administrator. It concerns the following recipients:
    • couriers
    • postal operators
    • payment operators
    • authorised employees and co-workers who use the data in order to realize the website’s goal
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than it is necessary to realize the duties defined by separate regulations (e.g. accounting ). In terms of marketing, the data will be processed for a period not longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator the following things:
    • access to the personal data that concern you,
    • rectify the data, 
    • remove the data,
    • limit the processing,
    • and transfer the data.
  4. You have the right to object to data processing indicated in clause 3.3 c) against processing personal data in order to conclude legally justified matters realized by the Administrator, including profiling; however, the right to object cannot be exercised in case of important legally justified grounds for processing, matters, rights and freedoms superior over you, in particular establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Administrator’s actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
  6. Giving personal data is voluntary but it is necessary for the Shop’s services.
  7. Actions connected with automatic decision making, including profiling essential for rendering services within the scope of the concluded contract, and for the Administrator to run direct marketing, are possible.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the regulations on personal data protection. This means we do not send it outside the European Union.

5. Information in the forms

  1. The Shop gathers information given voluntarily by the User, including personal data, if it is provided.
  2. The Shop can save information about the parameters of the connection (time, IP address).
  3. The Shop, in some cases, can save information which makes it easier to connect the data in the form with the e-mail address of the User filling the form. In such situation, the e-mail address of the User appears inside the url address of the website that contains the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose which stems from a particular form, e.g. for the process of servicing an application, commercial contact, registering services etc. Each time the context and description of the form offers you information about the purpose of the form.

6. Administrator’s Logs 

  1. Information about Users’ behaviour in the service can be subject to logging. The data is used to administer the service.

7. Essential marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses the statistical analysis of the movement on the website via Google Analytics (Google Inc. located in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on using cookies in the User’s terminal device. Within the scope of information about the User’s preferences gathered by the advertisement network of Google, the User can browse through and edit information which stems from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow customizing advertisement content to User’s behaviour on the website, which can give an impression that the User’s personal data is used to spy on him/her; however, in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertisements operators. The technological condition for such operations is the cookies service activated. 
  3. The Operator uses Facebooks pixel. The technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc. located in the USA) to know that you are using the Shop. It is based on the data administered by Facebook; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on using cookies in the User’s terminal device.
  4. The Operator uses a solution which monitors Users’ behaviour by creating heat maps and recording behaviour on the website. This information is anonymized before it is sent to the service operator in a way, that it is impossible to know which natural person the data comes from. The passwords and other personal data are not recorded.
  5. The Operator uses a solution which automates the Shop’s operations in connection with Users, for example it can send an e-mail to the User after she/he visits a certain subpage, if she/he gave his/her permission to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.

8. Information on cookies

  1. The Shop uses cookie files.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the terminal device of the Shop’s User and are applied for using the Shop’s website. Cookies usually include the name of the website they come from, the period of time for which they are stored on the terminal device and a unique number.
  3. The entity which places cookies on the terminal device of the Shop’s User and one which has access to them is the Shop’s Operator.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. keeping the User’s session (after logging in) open, thanks to which the User does not have to enter the login and password again on every subpage of the Shop;
    2. realization of the goals defined above as “Essential marketing techniques”;
  5. Within the framework of the Shop, there are two basic types of cookies used: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. The former are temporary files, which are stored on the terminal device of the User until she/he logs out, leaves the website or turns off the software (Internet browser). “Persistent cookies” are stored on the User’s terminal device for a period of time defined in the cookie files parameters or until they are removed by the User.
  6. The software used for browsing through websites (Internet browser) usually allows cookies by default on the User’s terminal device. The Shop Users can change the settings in this scope.   7. Limitations on using cookies can affect some of the functions available on the Shop’s website.
  8. Cookies stored on the User’s terminal device can also be used by entities co-operating with the Shop, in particular: Google (Google Inc. located in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. located in the USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc. located in the USA).
  1. If the User does not want to receive cookies, she/he can change the settings of the Internet browser. We emphasise that turning off cookies necessary for processes of authentication, safety, or maintaining the User’s preferences, can hinder, and in extreme cases, make it impossible to use the website.
