  • 32 Small cork cube, nest with arena – 10x10x10cm (detail price: 55€)
  • 8 Medium cork cube, nest with arena – 20x20x20cm (detail price: 100€)

We have agreed that the discount will be 37.5% of the entire order.

Final amount includes:
2010€ + 1680€ + 1760€ + 800€ = 6250€ minus 37,5% discount = 6250€ – 2343,75€ = 3906,25 in TOTAL

3906,25 divided on two = 1953,12€  – already paid in advance

Shipping cost via Polish post economy package (as we agreed): 147€

Remaining amount: 1953,13€ + 147€= 2100,13€

Description

Shipping cost stays on client’s side (Canada Ant Colony)
The shipping will be divided on a few packages (depending on the size of nests) and will be sent to indicated location in Canada.

Canada
The contents of the parcel to Canada are:
  • 30 Small size nest – 8x8cm, ash wood with hydration – approx. 3,5 kg
  • 12 Medium size nest – 15x12cm, ash/beech wood with hydration and pegs – approx 8 kg
  • 32 Small cork cube, nest with arena – 10x10x10cm (detail price: 55€) – approx 17,5 kg
  • 8 Medium cork cube, nest with arena – 20x20x20cm (detail price: 100€) – approx 17 kg
Total weight of the goods is approximately 46 kg. I assume that we will be able to pack this parcel properly using about 14 kg of packaging materials so we have about 60 kg of goods to send to Canada.
The value of the goods shipped is EUR 3,906.25
What are the options?
1. Polish Post Services – Priority – they are declaring 6-7 days of delivery (from my experience up to two weeks)
– Number of parcels: min. 3 (maximum weight is 20kg)
– Cost per parcel: 537 PLN (according to the price list available here: https://cennik.poczta-polska.pl/usluga,zagraniczny_paczka_pocztowa.html)
– Total cost: min. 1611 PLN – approximately 372,5€
Parcel insurance:
Unfortunately, the maximum liability of Poczta Polska for this type of parcels is approximately PLN 300, i.e. a total of PLN 900 – approximately only €210 and Foranto can also take on such responsibility of the shipping process if you decide to send the order this way. Of course, we will pack these parcels as best as we can and make every effort to ensure that everything arrives without the slightest damage, but please remember that we are sending delicate glass products.
Duty:
Since, regardless of the declared value, the Post Office is liable for a maximum of PLN 300, we can also provide a lower value of the goods, thanks to which you will pay correspondingly lower customs and tax fees in Canada.
2. Polish Post Services – Economy – there is no declaration about the delivery time, but it will go by sea so I would assume about 30 to even 60 days
– Number of parcels: min. 3 (maximum weight is 20kg)
– Cost per parcel: 211 PLN (according to the price list available here: https://cennik.poczta-polska.pl/usluga,zagraniczny_paczka_pocztowa.html)
– Total cost: min. 633 PLN – approximately 147€
